How the A-Frame Club Works

The Estancia Natura A-Frame Club is a limited collection of 36 privately owned, design-forward mountain homes within the Spirit Mountain coffee farm and ecological reserve. Owners enjoy flexible personal use throughout the year, with the option to place their A-Frame into the professionally managed rental program whenever they are away. This provides the personal enjoyment of a high-mountain retreat with the potential to generate rental income—without the burden of managing a vacation property from afar.

Membership provides access to the broader Spirit Mountain experience: the working coffee farm, more than 30 kilometers of trails, Tri-Mountain MTB Park, curated farm and hospitality experiences, and the planned café, roastery, restaurant, co-working, wellness, and gathering spaces. Owners become part of a small, intentional community connected by a shared appreciation for nature, adventure, thoughtful design, and responsible stewardship of the land.
