Estancia Natura Residents

Managed for Peace of Mind

Estancia Natura is designed as a professionally managed mountain community, supported by full-time, on-site hospitality, maintenance, and property-oversight teams. Community management coordinates access control, common areas, shared facilities, roads, trails, landscaping, and community infrastructure throughout the year, with shared services funded through the applicable HOA fees. Owners may also arrange additional property-care services for their private residences.

Chad and Krista Wallace remain personally and actively involved in every aspect of the community’s hospitality and management. This is not an absentee development or a project handed over to a distant management company; it is a family-led community built around long-term relationships, attentive stewardship, and genuine accountability.

For A-Frame Club owners participating in the rental program, Estancia Natura Hospitality provides turnkey service—including reservations, guest reception, concierge support, housekeeping, maintenance response, property oversight, owner-use coordination, monthly statements, and regular property updates. Whether you are living on the mountain or thousands of miles away, your home and the surrounding community remain actively and personally cared for.

Q&A WITH KAHRYN

What is something no one would believe is true about you?

Believe it or not…. I’m an introvert! I absolutely love being with people but at the end of the day, I choose to recharge in solitude with the music nature provides.

What are you a raving fan of?

Movement and Music, not so much in the worldly sense but in nature. The winds have humbled me and the rains have taught me to sing and dance when faced with hard experiences. Movement has been a form of expression when words have failed me and music brings me back to my roots.

What are you doing when you feel most like you?

I’m in a dance studio creating a story with my body and allowing the music to flow through me.

Q&A WITH YEISSON

What is something no one would believe is true about you?

There is something that is very interesting about me and one of my brothers. We ended up falling in love and marrying two amazing girls that happen to be sisters. One other thing that surprises somepeople is that I’m only 28, married and already have 4 kids! One other thing….Many people, when they first meet me, think that I’m either being anti-social or that I’m in a bad mood because of my very serious facial expression…. I’m probably just deep in thought. As soon as we start talking, they find I’m actually a super positive and a happy person!

What are you a raving fan of?

I truly admire people who have the ability and natural talent for public speaking and teaching, especially those pastors who are gifted teachers of the work of God. I am also a huge fan of baseball, as any good Dominican should be! The Cibao Aguilas are my home team and favorite!

What are you passionate about related to the work you do and serving others?

I truly enjoy taking an idea, a creative thought, something that is only a concept or plan on a piece of paper, and helping to make it become a reality. Serving people through the process of building their home is a calling and I feel it is my personal calling and I get much joy and satisfaction from being a part of that process.
